The Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort's location in the center of Lake Placid's Olympic Village makes it an ideal base of operations for the many activities & events that Lake Placid has to offer. What does that mean? Once you park your car, you most likely won't need it again until you leave!
The Golden Arrow is the only hotel located directly on Mirror Lake.
Our private white sand beach provides an excellent place to relax and enjoy the magnificent panorama of the Adirondack Mountains. If you are feeling active you can explore the shoreline in one of our complimentary boats. In winter glide on the frozen lake or enjoy a thrilling dog sled ride! Whether you decide to relax or have an adventure, our staff will do their utmost to make your stay memorable!

Charlie's Restaurant will be open from dinnertime on Wednesdays (for the famous Why Not Wednesday Menu) through breakfast on Sundays only from October 18h through December 6th, 2009. They will be closed completely from December 6th through December 24th 2009.
Romance Packages booked during this time will receive breakfast tickets to Soulshine Bagel. However, we regret that room service delivery will not be possible.
Existing groups & private catering functions are exempt from this closure.
