The Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort is proud to be the host hotel for the Lake Placid Marathon since its inception. The Lake Placid Marathon & Half Marathon Courses have to be some of the most scenic in the world. The volunteers are encouraging & friendly, the announcers are hillarious, the course is pretty friendly (except for those 2 big hills) & the race is high energy!

The START & FINISH lines are literally steps from our front door. Those supporing friends & family can grab some of the best coffee in town right here at the hotel, then look out the window of our lobby and watch the beginning of the race run right by us!
