you can add a multi-day cross country ski pass at Mt. Van Hoevenberg. Gliding through some of the most beautiful terrain in the east, taking in the towering white pines, crisp, clean air, the calm of the Adirondack woods. That's what cross-country skiing in the Adirondacks is all about. What better way to get back to nature in a way the has low impact on the environment.
The fact that it provides one of the best total-body workouts you can find and is a bonus. Arms, legs, stomach and back all work in concert without pounding your joints. A day on our impeccably groomed trails will exhaust and replenish you all at once.

The course for the LP Marathon runs right past the resort & takes you past some of the most iconic Olympic structures such as the 1980 Herb Brooks Arena & the LP Ski Jumping Complex.

We are just minutes from both the LP Marathon & IM run loops, bike loop & you can literally walk from your room about 50 feet to the Mirror Lake to swim the IM course. It doesn't get any better than that.
