Guest Memory

One of our most memorable visits to the Golden Arrow was our stay along with our Newfoundland puppy, Brewin. It was his first visit and it very well was one of our best and most memorable. When the Golden Arrow says they accept pets, they just don’t accept them; they bring them into their family. He was not only welcomed into the hotel, but every staff member was glad to see him, played with him, and when he got so excited playing in the lobby with our chambermaid that he puppy tinkled on her leg she laughed and even now when we visit she laughs about it. We all had such a wonderful time, looking out at the Lake with snow cover, waking up one morning to see a lone cross-country skier gliding across the Lake, the beautiful lights of the hotel, and one evening our very own fireworks display across the Lake. It felt as though they were firing them just for us as we stood on the balcony. When it’s time to leave the Golden Arrow I start counting the days until we will return. The staff have become friends and they make every visit a wonderful memory.
