Housekeeping Professional - Apply Online

We are looking for a Housekeeping Professional to manage their own section of rooms at the Golden Arrow Resort. Wage is dependent on experience and performance after a training period. A suggested gratuity is included on every room cleaned! Friendly, casual work environment with benefits. This is a full time, year round position with benefits. 40 hours guaranteed- even in the shoulder seasons.

Houseman - Apply Online

We are looking for a houseman to clean and maintain the common areas of the hotel, assist with guest luggage, give directions, accept record and properly put away supplies. As well as assist housekeepers with fall and spring cleaning, move furniture and help with light maintenance including seasonal A/C- heating unit upkeep, TV repair, pool levels, carpet shampooing, shoveling, etc. Greeting guests in hallways is a must. Applicants must be friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Wage is dependent on experience and performance after a training period. Friendly, casual work environment with benefits. Guest Experience Coordinator - Apply Online

We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to work at the Front Desk. Excellent Customer Service, communication and computer skills required. This position is more concierge than anything else, so knowledge of the local restaurants and things to do in the area helpful. Wage is dependent on experience and performance after a training period. The opportunity to be trained in Reservations and Guest Sales possible. Friendly, casual work environment with benefits. Reservation Specialist - Apply Online

The Reservation Specialist's primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective selling techniques and all available tools. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail-oriented with a high degree of computer literacy, the willingness to learn new processes and the ability to merge onto a dynamic work environment. Sales experience is required. You will work with sophisticated sales software to meet sales goals and book reservations. Wage is dependent on experience and performance after a training period.
