We are currently not offering stay-over service unless requested by guests.
We understand that you may require some additional items during your stay.
You can conveniently request these extra items/stay over service on your TV or Cell Phone!
You can also use this feature for a quick and contactless checkout process.
To use on your TV:
Select the MENU button on your remote. You should see this screen:
Select Hotel Directory for:
- COVID Safety Information
- Checkout Information
- The Option to Checkout
- Smoking Policy
- Guest Amenity Information
Select Guest Request to:
- Request More…
- Toilet Paper
- Coffee or Tea*
- Room Service Tray
- Request full stay over service*
Select Guest Services to:
- See your account info & checkout
- Check the weather
- Set a TV wake-up
To make a selection, use the up & down arrows on your remote to scroll. Hit SELECT on your remote to choose an option.
Items above with an * have options within the selection. Use the left & right arrow buttons on your remote to scroll through options. If there are multiple option boxes, do not hit the SELECT button until you’ve made all your choices. Simply scroll till what you want is in the box and hit the down arrow to move to the next box.
Note: the TV can be slow at times so please be patient when using this method!
To use on your cell phone:
Select the MENU button on your TV remote.
Hit 1 on your TV remote to pair your cell phone. You will be prompted to download the StayConnect App (free).
A code will pop up on your TV. Enter the Code in the StayConnect App.
Now you can access the Hotel Directory, Guest Request, & Account Review menus!
Note: we personally find it much easier and more convenient to use these features on your phone!
