We are currently not offering our typical stayover service.
Due to the current situation and to accommodate everyone’s comfort levels, we have three housekeeping options:
No Service. If you do not wish to have any stay over service, please put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. You can still request additional items (shampoo, coffee, towels, etc.) by calling the desk or by selecting “Guest Request” from the Main Menu on your TV.
Tidy Up Service. This is our current default service. Tidy up service includes trash removal, exchanging towels, and replenishing guest room amenities. We will be adding a gratuity of $5.00 per day/ per room. If at any time our service does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so we can do our best to resolve the issue. Upon check out you will be given the opportunity to alter or remove this gratuity based upon the level of service you feel you received. This service does not include fresh sheets or vacuuming.
Full Stay Over Service. If you wish to have your sheets changed, bed made, or require more clean-up than the Tidy up service, please call the front desk to request full service. Housekeeping will do their best to accommodate all requests, but please make sure to call before 3pm to schedule a cleaning service.
